Ditch Negative Self-Talk for Moms | self-worth, mindset shift, love yourself, self-compassion, self-confidence

Do you constantly feel like you’re not good enough as a mom?
Is there a negative self-talk loop constantly playing in your head?
Are you tired of feeling like you have made everyone else happy at the expense of your own needs?
Do you desperately want to connect with God but can’t seem to find the time?

Well, I’m so glad you’re here! Welcome to Ditch Negative Self-Talk for Moms.
In this podcast you will find mindset motivation, encouragement and empowerment to reframe negative self-thoughts using God’s word and to finally love yourself again - or perhaps for the first time.

Hi, I’m Miranda. Wife, working mom of two girls, and Christian. Through the years, I’ve tried making everyone around me happy just to find I still wasn’t feeling good enough in my various roles. I was constantly struggling with negative self-talk that had me feeling overwhelmed and full of self-doubt whether I was at work or at home.

I finally realized if I wanted to feel confident, be happier, be a better wife, mom, me, and feel enough… I needed to transform my relationship with God through intentional connection-building strategies, reframe my thoughts using God’s word as my compass, and start setting some serious boundaries.

I found a way to do this while still juggling work, being a wife and mom, and extra projects. I made simple sustainable changes that helped me to understand that God saw me as valuable, changing and transforming my thoughts and self-worth. I can’t wait to share them with you!

If you’re ready to ditch the negative self-talk for good, rediscover your self-worth through God’s eyes, and create an unshakable Christ-centered mindset and deep connection with God - this podcast is for you!
Stop overthinking and start being unapologetically you! Let’s get into it!

In today's episode, we are talking about using pockets of time, even if they are not given to us the way we would hope, like feeling unwell, and using them to slow down and be thankful.  Pausing to soak in the little moments that we would otherwise miss out on.
God gives us opportunities to take breaks when we are in need of them most.

In today's episode, I am talking about what it looks like to weigh and measure your worth, the world's way and how you don't have to prove your worth.  God already says you're enough.  You just have to believe Him.
