Do you desperately want to connect with God but can’t seem to find the time?
Well, I’m so glad you’re here! Welcome to Ditch Negative Self-Talk for Moms.
In this podcast you will find mindset motivation, encouragement and empowerment to reframe negative self-thoughts using God’s word and to finally love yourself again - or perhaps for the first time.
Hi, I’m Miranda. Wife, working mom of two girls, and Christian. Through the years, I’ve tried making everyone around me happy just to find I still wasn’t feeling good enough in my various roles. I was constantly struggling with negative self-talk that had me feeling overwhelmed and full of self-doubt whether I was at work or at home.
I finally realized if I wanted to feel confident, be happier, be a better wife, mom, me, and feel enough… I needed to transform my relationship with God through intentional connection-building strategies, reframe my thoughts using God’s word as my compass, and start setting some serious boundaries.
I found a way to do this while still juggling work, being a wife and mom, and extra projects. I made simple sustainable changes that helped me to understand that God saw me as valuable, changing and transforming my thoughts and self-worth. I can’t wait to share them with you!
If you’re ready to ditch the negative self-talk for good, rediscover your self-worth through God’s eyes, and create an unshakable Christ-centered mindset and deep connection with God - this podcast is for you!
Stop overthinking and start being unapologetically you! Let’s get into it!

Have you ever felt like “finally things are starting to come together”… and then, everything goes in a completely unanticipated direction? Maybe you’re starting a new job or a business like I was, or maybe pieces of life were just starting to fall into place. That is what happened when I started building my business and then found a job that I had been wanting for eight years! I had been in the first few months of having a business, and the first few weeks of being in my new “dream job” when I had received some life changing news. Unfortunately, my diagnosis was not life changing for the better.
In today’s episode, I want to fill you all in on a quick overview of what I have been going through, how God’s presence even in hard times can be so comforting, and the reason I am no longer forcing, consistently posting on a weekly basis.
I hope that everyone understands that this hopefully in the end will produce episodes and coaching calls that will bless you and provide more help.
May God’s truth always speak louder than your inner critic,

Do you find yourself automatically listening to your negative thoughts, without question? Does your self-doubt speak louder than you'd like it to?
In today's episode, I am going over the second step in my three step framework for ditching negative self-talk: Discernment. Questioning and weighing your thoughts to see if they are valid and true. When you do this, you may find that you have evidence to support the exact opposite, that they are false...
